Harvest Celebration 2025
Yeolmbridge Methodist Church celebrated their Harvest Thanksgiving with a display of harvest produce alongside gifts to send to the charity Cornwall & Devon Send Love to Ukraine.
Mr Eric Rowland led us in worship and then Darren from the charity spoke of the work they do in delivering goods to Poland from whence aid partners collect it for distribution. Donations of £420 were also given and the congregation enjoyed fellowship over a hearty meal.
Autumn 2024 saw Yeolmbridge Methodist Church in selling mode, after many months of work, in cleaning and sorting jewellery by Susan Desmond and her team of helpers. Sales were held in various venues leading up to Christmas and a total of £980 was split between chapel funds, Force and ‘Children’s Hospice Southwest’.
Christmas 2025
Currently Yeolmbridge Methodist Church is making plans for our Christmas service on 14th December at 3pm when members of the Werrington Parish Council and the wider community are invited to join us for carols, poetry and the Christmas message.
We will serve mince pies afterwards and everyone is welcome to join us. Donations, as usual, will be for St Petrocs charity for the homeless.
