We have also given you the details of the Sunday Service times in the Churches in Launceston, and some of the other activities going on within our churches here. Please do not hesitate to make contact if you have any further questions. We will do our very best to answer them.
The Church of England
There are three Anglican churches in Launceston and a United Anglican / Methodist church at Tregadillett. Each church has its own distinctive character and a warm welcome always awaits you.
St. Stephen’s
9.00am each Sunday Eucharist
St. Mary’s
1st, 2nd and 4th Sundays in the month
10.30am Eucharist
3rd Sunday in the month
10.30am Mattins or Service of the Word
2nd and 4th Sundays in the month

St. Thomas’

1st and 3rd Sundays in the month

Mothers’ Union meets 3rd Wednesday each month, from 2.30pm in St Mary Magdalene’s church hall.
The Choirs are always looking for new members. Contact the Rector for details.

Churches Together in Britain and Ireland is the umbrella body for all the major Christian Churches in Britain and Ireland. It liaises with ecumenical bodies in Britain and Ireland as well as ecumenical organizations at European and world levels. Its work includes Church Life, Church and Society, Mission, Inter Faith Relations, International Affairs and Racial Justice.
